Marc Feren Claud Biart, a fugitive from Italy, was identified and captured when his tattoos were recognized on a cooking channel he recently started. Biart had been living in the Dominican Republic and had a cooking channel on Youtube where he made Italian cuisine. Biart hid his face in the videos but authorities were able to identify him by his distinctive tattoos. In 2014, Italian authorities ordered his arrest for trafficking in cocaine in the Netherlands. He has been on the run since the arrest orders were made. Biart was a member of the ‘Ndrangheta mafia, which is based in Calabria.
